We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate barista to join our Parramatta team Monday - Wednesday for approximately 20 hours per week (6.30 am to 1.30 pm daily).

Must have extensive barista experience (including latte art) and customer service skills, with a variety of demographics and clients. Candidate will be expected to maintain coffee quality, cleanliness standards and always work cooperatively and efficiently with other team members.

Responsibilities and tasks will include:

• Setting up and cleaning down coffee machine and grinder, including tasting and adjusting grind settings throughout the day
• Keeping station's clean and tidy
• Engaging with and building positive customer relationships
• Taking orders on POS system and serve meals if needed
• Dishwashing of coffee equipment, plate, cutlery and other items
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient service and maintain a positive work environment
