The Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic, People & Operations Coordinator to join our team (entry-level welcome). In this role, you will work closely with our People & Operations Manager and support staff, gaining hands-on experience in administrative and operational functions while contributing to the excellent care of our participants under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
Entry-level candidates welcome! We’re seeking a friendly, customer-focused individual eager to learn. Your daily responsibilities will include composing emails, handling phone calls, visiting participants, and engaging with employees across various communication channels. Proficiency with computers and mobile devices is essential—training for everything else is provided! Join our team and help us deliver exceptional service!
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with NDIS standards.
- Collaborate closely with staff to deliver high-quality care for participants.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training and support materials to ensure staff are equipped to manage the diverse needs of participants.
- Maintain accurate records of participant activities, appointments, and outcomes, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Participate in a rotating phone roster on weekends and select weeknights; allowance applies.
