Alfabs Engineering is the flagship business unit of the Alfabs Group, we are a long established ASX listed company and highly regarded provider of turnkey solutions for complex high-profile projects within the Infrastructure, Mining, Ports & Construction sectors.

As we continue to secure projects, Alfabs enters a growth phase where we are seeking experienced, trade qualified Boilermakers to join our workshop team on a fulltime basis.

What we need from you

• Welders: ability to pass an AS1554.1 weld test.
• Boilermakers: trade qualified and ability to pass an AS1554.1 weld test.
• Commitment to producing high quality product in line with time allowances.
• Capability to manage a complex and dynamic workload with the ability to shift with client-driven priorities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the Workshop Manager and Supervisors to achieve great outcomes for our clients.
• High attention to detail and understanding of compliance, quality systems and workshop processes.
• Strong commitment to safety whilst encouraging a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ability to pass medical and drug/alcohol testing.
• Working at Heights training, preferred.
