About the Role

We're looking for a Casual Cleaner to join our team at James Home Services NQ' in Townsville, QLD. As a Cleaner, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to our residential and commercial clients. This is a casual position, offering flexible hours to fit around your lifestyle and/or the potential to secure a full-time position!

What You'll Be Doing

• Thoroughly cleaning clients' properties, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens
• Adhering to our strict cleaning standards and procedures to ensure consistent, exceptional service
• Providing excellent customer service and communication with clients
• Restocking and maintaining cleaning supplies and equipment from the office
• Reporting any issues or concerns to the team
• NOT working on weekends or public holidays!

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role, preferably in a residential or commercial setting
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and effectively
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Willingness to work flexible hours
