About the Role:
We're seeking a receptionist to join our front of house team and welcome guests at our front desk. Become part of our Real Estate family and develop your career in this dynamic industry. Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering incoming calls and directing accordingly
- Manage incoming and outgoing email and mail items
- Rentals Administration support, including leasing and property management department
- General administrative duties
- Maintain a high level of customer service and communication
- Database entry
Qualifications & Experience:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Punctual and reliable
- Attention to detail
- Exceptional computer and Microsoft Office/Excel skills
- Ability to work both diligently and independently
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong work ethic
- A desire to learn and grow in the Real Estate industry
You will also be exposed to aspects of Property Management, Sales and Leasing and Accounts - providing admin support for overflow tasks, chasing arrears for PM department, filing etc.
Some customer service experience is preferred but not essential. Someone with an excellent phone manner, who is computer savvy, efficient and has a strong work ethic would be a good fit for this position.
The position is full time from Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5pm
