Founded in 2006 as a non-profit in Queensland, our reach has expanded to cover New South Wales, Victoria and Western Australia. To date, we have cared for over 2000 young people. About the Role
We are looking for a full time Administration Officer in our Ipswich location, who can work autonomously whilst working collaboratively with the Area managers and other Administration Officers. You will use your knowledge, skills, and experience to assist with a variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to property management, documentation, and office management. You will have the ability to adapt to a fast-paced growth environment.
About You
You are an experienced people-focused Administrator with exceptional organisational skills and high attention to detail, as well as strong stakeholder engagement skills at all levels of the organisation. You will also have:
- Minimum of 12 months experience in Administration or similar.
- Qualification in Business Administration is desirable
- Experience in community services and a knowledge of Departmental requirements is advantageous.
- Experience in Property Management is desirable
- Creative with solutions while anticipating future needs.
- Continuous improvement focused.
This role is primarily based in our Ipswich Office, however, you will need to have the capacity to travel to and work from our Toowoomba locations on an 'as required' basis.
