About the Role:
Ready to level up your sales career? Dial A Mover is looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Representative to join our team in Keilor East, VIC. You’ll play a key role in driving new business, securing lucrative sales, and helping us hit our growth targets.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive Sales: Reach out to warm leads and sell our premium relocation services.
• Prospect for New Business: Build strong connections with commercial clients and uncover fresh opportunities.
• Present Like a Pro: Show off our services with impactful, persuasive sales presentations.
• Close Deals: Negotiate contracts and close sales while keeping customers happy.
• Stay Organized: Keep accurate sales records and track your progress.
• Collaborate: Work with our rockstar teams to deliver successful projects.
• Stay Ahead: Constantly expand your knowledge and stay on top of industry trends.

What We’re Looking For:

• Sales Experience: A solid track record in sales or business development (bonus points if it’s in moving/relocation services).
• People Skills: You’re a pro at building and maintaining relationships.
• Driven & Goal-Oriented: You thrive on smashing targets and exceeding expectations.
• Independent & Team-Player: You’re a self-starter but know how to work seamlessly with a team.
• Negotiation Skills: You know how to close deals and resolve challenges.
• Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable using CRM systems to track your sales.

Pay & Benefits:

• Weekly Pay: No waiting around, get paid weekly.
• Commissions & Bonuses: The more sales you close, the more you earn. Simple.
• OTE: $80,000 + Commissions (yep, it’s achievable!).
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (some after-hours calls, but you’ve got this).
