About the Role

Hastings Valley Sheds' is seeking a talented and motivated Sales Representative (Sheds) to join our team in Wauchope, NSW. Listed as a Casual Role - but not limited too , offering the flexibility to balance your work and personal life. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our high-quality sheds and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Role will also include the Handling of council Submissions along with assiting with the Day to Day opetations of the Business

What You'll Be Doing

• Engage with customers, both in-person and over the phone, to understand their needs and recommend the best shed solutions
• Provide detailed product information and guide customers through the sales process
• Negotiate and close sales, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Collaborate with the wider team to identify and capitalise on sales opportunities
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the construction or home improvement industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Familiarity with the local market and an understanding of the needs and preferences of our customer base
• Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and work efficiently
• A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions
• Confident Driver with the Availibily to Tow Trailers
