💼 The Role: Customer Experience Officer

As a Customer Experience Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service throughout their journey with us. From settlement to collections, you’ll be the key point of contact, ensuring every interaction enhances customer satisfaction and loyalty.

What Your Day Looks Like

• Customer Engagement: Connect with customers at various stages of their journey, providing support, answering queries, and ensuring they feel valued.

• Problem-Solving: Tackle customer issues with a calm, solutions-focused approach, turning potential challenges into positive experiences.

• Account Oversight: Manage the customer journey from settlement through to collections, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across departments to ensure a unified approach to customer service.

• Record-Keeping: Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions to ensure continuity and clarity in service.

• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry practices and participate in ongoing training to refine your skills.

🎓 What You Bring to the Table

• A qualification in Administration or Business is advantageous.
• Experience in a call centre environment is highly desirable
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and email.
• If you do not have previous experience in this environment, mindset and determination to learn is just as valuable!
• A customer-centric mindset with a strong sense of empathy.
• Self-motivation and an eye for detail.
• Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
