About the role:
Reporting to the General Counsel as part of a large legal team, as well as working in closely with executives from different business units, your role will see you:

• assisting with the legal requirements across the business including drafting and advising on procurement, marketing/sales and IT contracts;
• working closely with procurement and business heads on general contract management;
• assisting on the management of the intellectual property portfolio across the business;
• advising on privacy, policy, governance and general legislative requirements;
• managing external providers particularly on litigation matters where required;
• assisting the business on an as needs basis on ad hoc legal advice as well as working collaboratively with the legal, risk and compliance function.

Skills/Experience:
To be considered for this role you will have:

• a minimum 5 years' PAE and an unrestricted practicing certificate;
• demonstrated experience in commercial and contract law;
• ideally top tier or large national law firm training and in-house experience;
• commerciality and an ability to interact across the business at various levels.
