Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the migration of MSS workloads and provide 4th level support across security, network, cloud, and more.
• Mentor team members and drive continual service improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales & Professional Services for pre-sales and project opportunities.
• Guide clients through onboarding and provide thought leadership on technical discussions.
• Oversee tools like Azure, PRTG, and Auvik, ensuring they align with best practices.

Technical Requirements:

• Network Security Architecture: Expertise in designing and securing networks.
• MSS Experience: Manage and migrate workloads within a managed service environment.
• Tools & Platforms: Azure, PRTG, Auvik, Splunk.
• Problem Solving: Identify and remediate complex infrastructure issues.
• Pre-Sales & Consulting: Identify opportunities and collaborate with Sales teams.
• Leadership & Mentoring: Lead technical discussions and mentor junior team members.

Key Skills & Certifications:

• PCNSE (Palo Alto) certification (current & recent).
• CCNP/CCIE, Azure Security, RHCE, Splunk Admin/Architect (desirable).
• CISSP, CISM, SABSA Foundation (desirable).
