We are growing and seeking a Cloud DevSecOps Engineer (Lead) to drive the security, automation, and scalability of our cloud infrastructure. As the DevSecOps vertical lead, you will establish best practices, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and ensure compliance, while working on cutting-edge challenges shaping the future of AI in cybersecurity.

About The Role

The key responsibilities of this role include:

Cloud Infrastructure & Security

• Design, develop, and deploy cloud-native applications using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent tools.
• Implement automated security controls and cloud compliance frameworks.

DevSecOps & CI/CD

• Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines with integrated security and compliance measures.
• Automate security scanning, vulnerability management, and infrastructure policy enforcement.
• Set up observability dashboards, alerts, and custom metrics to monitor cloud performance and security.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead the DevSecOps vertical, driving best practices and mentoring junior engineers.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to design scalable and secure cloud architectures.
• Provide technical guidance on DevSecOps, automation, and cloud security strategies.

MLOps

• Assist in designing and implementing MLOps pipelines for deploying and monitoring machine learning models.
• Support automation of model versioning, performance monitoring, and lineage tracking.

Required Skills

Cloud & Security Expertise

• In-depth knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of security principles, IAM, encryption, and network security.
• Experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.

DevOps & Automation

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in DevSecOps, Cloud Security, or related fields.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or ArgoCD.
• Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Shell, Bash, or equivalent).

Leadership & Collaboration

• Ability to lead and mentor DevSecOps engineers.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, and product teams.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Hands-on experience with cloud-native security tools like AWS Security Hub, Azure Defender, or GCP Security Command Center..
• Experience in setting up MLOps pipelines (Kubeflow, MLflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI).
• Understanding of ML model monitoring, drift detection, and lineage tracking.
