We are searching for an ambitious, accountable and organised Senior Commercial Lawyer.

What You Will Do

• Provide end-to-end management of a diverse range of commercial legal matters, providing clear, strategic, and effective solutions.
• Deal with clients directly, building strong relationships as you go.
• Mentor, manage, and delegate tasks to junior lawyers.
• Engage in business development activities, expanding our firm's reach and strengthening our market presence.

What You Need

• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial law, preferably within a law firm setting.
• Experience in drafting, dispute resolution, and litigation with some exposure to contract, defamation, IP, etc.
• Proficiency in courtroom advocacy preferable but not necessary.
• Experience in family law and estate law viewed favourably.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to be genuinely empathetic to our clients.
• To be able to manage time and prioritise work tasks effectively.
• To be accountable, enthusiastic and integral in everything you do.
• An intimate knowledge of Office 365, Actionstep, NetDocuments, and ChatGPT.
• Exceptional English proficiency and client communication skills, both written and verbal.
