About the role

Fixed term temporary part time opportunity to provide high-level clinical services to the eligible population and mentoring to early career dental practitioners. Implement the Early Career Dental Practitioner Program (ECDPP) in collaboration with the Oral Health Therapist – Senior (Mentor)

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

• Apply professional judgement to a complex caseload, adapting routine clinical practice using valid and reliable evidence.
• Planning, developing, facilitating, implementing and evaluating evidence-based education to support practice, build leadership capability and optimise the role and scope of practice of new graduate dental practitioners.
• Work cooperatively and effectively with ECDPP participants, mentors, HHSs, OHA, MNOHA, and OCDO.
• Monitor and report on clinical education practices and outcomes to the ECDPP Key Stakeholder Committee.
