We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Salesperson to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a company where staff longevity is a testament to their positive work culture. Their current team member is retiring, creating an excellent opening for a new senior sales professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional sales experiences to customers, providing expert advice and product recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the showroom's overall success.
• Take on leadership roles and support junior sales staff as needed.
• Handle administrative tasks related to sales transactions and customer follow-ups.

On Offer

• Salary: $65K - $80K + Super - Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
• Attractive Commission Structure: Sensational earning potential on top of your annual salary (OTE of $100K - $200K)
• Flexible Work Schedule: Full time, days of the week are flexible, with the requirement to work on Saturdays. Sundays are closed.
• Supportive Work Environment: Join a team that has a long history of staff dedication and career growth.

• Experience: Salesperson who demonstrates ability to drive results.
• Longevity: Stability in previous roles, reflecting a commitment to long-term career development.
• Working Rights: Must have full working rights in Australia.
