About the role

Just Bathroomware Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Bathroom Showroom Sales Consultants to join our team in Drummoyne and Crows Nest, Sydney. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting clients with selecting the perfect bathroom products and fittings for their homes or projects, to retail, trade, designers, architects and corporate clients.

Our two Sydney showrooms hours are:

• Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
• Saturday 10am to 3pm

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Listening to customer requirements and providing personalised recommendations
• Informing product features and benefits to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
• Guiding customers through the sales process from initial enquiry to order completion
• Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and staying informed of industry trends
• Achieving sales targets
• Ensuring the showroom is well-presented and merchandise is neatly displayed

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably within the bathroom, design or home improvement industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• A passion for design and delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve goals
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Enthusiasm, initiative and a commitment to continuous learning
