
Senior Advisor Wellbeing Projects (Learning Design)

What you'll do
You will design, develop and deliver high standard learning solutions that meet the needs of the organisation now and into the future. Work with the team to tailor learning solutions to address identified capability gaps and deliver strategic priorities, particularly in relation to workforce wellbeing project deliverables, and broader health safety and wellbeing team objectives as required. Your role contributes to supporting Queensland Health to effectively manage health, safety and wellbeing issues statewide, and embed the Queensland Health, health safety and wellbeing management system. In this role you will be valued for your knowledge and skills in your specialist area of instructional design and will contribute to consultation and development of relevant health, safety and wellbeing capability building programs, tools, online information and resources. You will specifically support delivery of identified workforce wellbeing projects and priorities.
About you
We are searching for someone who has:
- Experience using Learning Management Systems for the development of e-learning content.
- Proven experience, substantial knowledge and skills in the application of Articulate 360 suite and basic multimedia software.
- Proven ability to develop, monitor, review and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs and initiatives, including immersive educational experiences, face-to-face and e-learning,
- Experience in document design to support development, communication, and professional presentation of health safety and wellbeing strategy, training and information resources.
Although not mandatory for the role, a relevant qualification in adult education, human resources or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent), and work health and safety and wellbeing will be highly regarded.
