We are on the hunt for a Digital Graphic Designer to join our vibrant digital and creative agency located in a modern, secure and super-friendly office in Herston, Brisbane.

Freckle Digital is a boutique lifestyle digital agency that is bursting at the seams with opportunity for a Digital Graphic Designer to join us on a full-time basis – servicing brands across beauty, fashion and lifestyle!

You will ideally be able to hit the ground running by leveraging your digital design experience (eCommerce environment is preferred) and will get a thrill from pulling together emails, social media content, and short form videos to help our e-Commerce team. We have a culture-first attitude and we are very excited to be on the lookout for another person to join our team.

Key Accountabilities:

• Designing email templates from concept to implementation for eCommerce retail brands
• Developing social media graphics for monthly content plans
• Designing and producing content for websites, customer emails, site banners, social media graphics and print graphics
• Conceptualising and designing short and simple animations for email templates and social media graphics
• Project managing design related products such as website builds
• To navigate the basis of websites such as Shopify and Squarespace (no coding required)
• You’ll work with wider team to develop and execute marketing strategies

What we need:

• Excellent time management skills, working pro-actively as an individual and as part of a team, through effective communication channels maintaining a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
• Someone who knows how to self-monitor their behaviour and bring a positive outlook and strong customer service approach
• Have an outstanding attention to detail and a keen eye for design
• An ability to work within a fast-paced environment and upskill rapidly where required
• Great communication skills – both written and verbal
• Essential: Minimum 1+ year experience with digital designing, including the use of the following platforms; Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Illustrator (preferred Klaviyo and Shopify experience)
• A strong interest in maintaining relevant content production and digital marketing industry knowledge
• Initiative – You will want to make things happen
