One of Sydney’s leading Builders has an IMMEDIATE requirement for a Finishes/Defects Foreman to join its multiple teams on a several high-end residential projects being delivered in Balgowlah. The short term role, requires a strong Finishes/Defects Site Foreman to help deliver the developments on time to a high standard. In operation for over 15 years, the well-established company are looking for a contractor ready to commit to an exciting opportunity that could well lead to a full-time job.

The position will report directly to the Project Manager and you will be focused exclusively on the finishes of 3 Townhouse Projects;

Your duties will include;

• Management of multiple finishes trades and site personnel
• Sequencing
• Driving site productivity
• Helping push and to handover
• Managing the finishes to a high standard
• Reducing any defects
• Jumping on the tools, as required to fix any defects.

Candidate Requirements;

• Experience working on high and medium density resi projects or fitout.
• Carpentry trade background ideal
• Worked as a Finishes Foreman for established Tier 2 builders / builder developers in Sydney.
• Use your own preferred trades
• Worked on construction projects in excess of $5M
• Ability to manage and sequence finishes trades.
• Holds safety as a priority.
• A strong eye for detail
• Ideally available for a start at short notice.
• Able to provide references from previous employers
• Will be local to Sydney's eastern suburbs
