About the Role:

We are seeking motivated and skilled Exploration Drillers and Driller’s Assistants (RC & Diamond specifically) to join our growing team. This is a casual position with competitive pay, flexible rosters, and the potential for full-time employment. Whether you have extensive experience in drilling operations or are looking to grow in the industry, we want to hear from you!

What We’re Looking For:

To be successful in this role, you should:

• Be available for an immediate start
• Hold a current HR Licence (minimum)
• Possess a valid National Police Check (within the last 3 months)
• Hold a current First Aid certification
• Be able to pass a pre-employment medical (including drug & alcohol screening)
• Be willing and able to work 12-hour shifts in remote locations
• Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
• Thrive in a team-oriented environment
• Have strong communication skills

Prior drilling experience is highly desirable but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

As part of our team, your duties will include:

• Conducting pre-start checks and safety inspections
• Performing servicing and maintenance on drill rigs and auxiliary equipment
• Assisting with rig setup and operations
• Ensuring efficient sample recovery
• Maintaining hole integrity as per hole plans
• Upholding high housekeeping standards
• Overseeing crew behavior and performance
• Managing inventory control
• Providing clear instructions and project details to Driller’s Assistants
• Training and mentoring drill crews
• Ensuring the safe operation of the rig and crew
