Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with building, erection and installation of wall frames and roof trusses, ensuring structural integrity and alignment with design plans
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and drawings to ensure precision in construction
• Operate hand and power tools proficiently for cutting, shaping, and joining materials
• Work closely with other tradespeople, contractors, and site supervisors to ensure timely project completion
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment on-site
• Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process, ensuring that work continues smoothly

About You:

• Modular home experience (preferred)
• Trade qualified
• Experience with installing wall frames and roof trusses
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude
• Drivers Licence, White Card, Forklift Licence
• Ability to adapt and thrive in different environments
• Ideally have your own tools, but not a requirement
