Our work is highly varied and encompasses all aspects of our trade, we are not specialised like teams who complete just roofing, 2nd fix or formwork - as such we required carpenters with good all round skills and knowledge.

About the Role
As a Carpenter / Tradesman at Endure Carpentry, you’ll play a key role in site operations—installing wall frames and trusses, windows & doors, various cladding products, roof sheeting and finished fix details. You’ll work closely with our leading hands, Ops Manager, and fellow team members to keep tasks on schedule, enforce safety measures, and achieve top-notch workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:
• Carpentry & Construction: Steel framing, cladding & window installation, and other carpentry work with precision.
• Quality Assurance: Uphold our company’s standards by regularly checking your own work and assisting with final site inspections.
• Collaboration: Coordinate daily tasks, manage materials, and troubleshoot on-site challenges with leading hands and other crew members.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow all relevant safety protocols for hazard-free conditions.
• Skill Advancement: Embrace opportunities to grow on our in-house pay scale.

Who We’re Looking For
Our culture at Endure is directly related to the quality of our service, therefore character is just as important as skillset. Presentation & punctuality are a must. You will also have the following:

• Proven Carpentry Skills:
• Solid track record on residential and/or commercial projects.
• Experience with steel frame construction a MUST
• Familiarity with aspects of roof sheeting and plumbing is a major plus.
• Reliability & Initiative: Takes ownership of tasks, organizes materials, and solves minor issues without needing constant oversight.
• Team Player: Works well under a lead hand, supports TAs, and fosters a positive, solution-oriented environment.
• Commitment to Safety: Understands and complies with site safety standards.
• Eager to Progress: Motivated by clear pathways for skill development, aiming to refine your craft and potentially step into advanced roles.
