Personal attributes required are drive and motivation, with a hands on approach to work. The candidate must have a positive attitude and a drive to learn what they are being taught on various building sites.

The candidate must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test, as random tests are conducted on all staff. A drivers license and white card will be favourable.
