We are looking for suitable new members to our ever expanding Henley Civil Group family.

The successful applicant MUST:

• Be a qualified Cert 3 or higher and/or highly skilled in civil pipe laying .
• Be able to work with and manage a team.
• Be able to represent the company professionally.
• Be able to take responsibility, show initiative and have a strong work ethic.
• Be able to work to a timeframe and be flexible with hours.
• Have a license, reliable vehicle and white card.
• Must have own basic tools.

Daily tasks (but not limited to):

• Install various pipes including sewer, water and drainage, conduits, culverts and fittings
• Install and remove temporary fencing, traffic barriers, safety fencing, silt fencing and other safety / environmental controls
• Excavate ditches or trenches, backfill excavations, and compact and level earth to grade specifications – using machinery, hand digging tools and compaction equipment
• Operate demolition equipment (saws, jackhammers, drills) to cut and break up concrete or pavement
• Construct concrete structures – manholes, chambers, pits, headwalls
• Use a laser/dumpy to shoot heights for trenches
