Are you a Woman looking for a hands on physical role within the Civil Construction industry? Protech have partnered with a major infrastructure project based in Palm Beach to deliver a PAID 12-week pre-apprenticeship program where you will obtain a Cert I in Construction prior to commencing in a Certificate III in Civil Construction.

The Cert I in Construction will provide you with awareness and exposure to the civil construction industry which is pivotal to the knowledge and skills required once you move into a Certificate III in Civil – Road Construction & Maintenance.

ABOUT YOU

• A strong desire for a career in the Civil Construction Industry
• Not previously completed a Cert I in Construction or Cert III Construction
• Able to get to work each day with reliable transport
• Able to pass a Pre-employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Testing
• Preferable - provide 2 recent, contactable work references
• Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are encouraged to apply

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Commencing ASAP
• Palm Beach based
• Pay rate of $28.00 plus $26 travel a day
• Work full-time hours (38 hours per week) whilst learning on the job
• Daily duties will be conducted via a buddy system, where tasks will be completed in conjunction with

training modules and include but not limited to following WH&S procedures, spotting machinery and
undergoing manual labour tasks
