We require an experienced Property Manager to run their own small, dedicated portfolio as well as providing specialist tasks across the entire portfolio.

The position involves,

• Manage your own portfolio
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and suppliers.
• Address and coordinate repairs and maintenance requests.
• Conduct ingoing and outgoing property inspections across the portfolio
• Assist with routine inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained.
• Conduct open homes and lease sign ups
• Work closely with our Senior Property Manager to improve our processes and increase the quality of the services we offer our clients, our owners, our tenants and our contractors

To qualify for the position you will need,

• At least two years’ experience in residential property management
• hold an ACT Licence and preferably, a NSW Licence.
• A good understanding of the legislation around residential property management and the Residential Tenancy Act.
• Experience with property management software such as Property Tree
• Working knowledge of Inspect Real Estate and Inspection Manager will be an advantage
• Good computer skills

A 9-day fortnight is offered

Your starting salary will depend on your experience, and we offer a car allowance or a company car that can be utilised during business hours
