About the Role:

As the Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the business. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with sales, customer service, and product recommendations

• Managing stock levels and supplier orders
• Supporting and supervising the workshop team
• Ensuring a high standard of workplace safety and efficiency
• Handling administrative tasks, including invoicing and reporting

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a retail, automotive, or tyre industry role (preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A customer-focused approach with a passion for sales
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A current driver’s licence
• Basic computer skills for invoicing and stock management
