We currently have an opportunity for an exceptional full-time Village Care and Maintenance Team Member to join our Busselton village team. This role includes gardening, landscaping and general maintenance activities.

To be successful in this role you will be required to demonstrate the following:

• Gardening experience
• Exceptional organisational skills
• Professional communication style
• Highly motivated
• Strong health and safety focus
• Can work within a team environment
• Tertiary qualifications in Horticulture (Cert II or III), or Land Care equivalent, would be advantageous
• Maintenance experience in a lifestyle village/caravan park/retirement village will be highly regarded
• Maintenance experience would be advantageous
• Current WA "C Class" driver's licence required (and maintained)

Your previous garden/landscape experience, health and safety focus, and appreciation for excellent customer service will see you succeed in this exciting opportunity.
