Statewide Industrial Maintenance Pty Ltd is an ISO qualified maintenance and engineering company located in Naval Base with 20+ years experience in engineering design, capital works, fabrication, installation, and maintenance of varying types of process plant & equipment.

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor who can bring their previous work experience and industry knowledge to make a real difference and execute high level SMP works for a Tier 1 Client.

The successful applicant will have the following experience/qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience on brownfield/greenfield sites
• Qualifications - Preference; Boilermaker or Mechanical Fitter
• SMP Project Experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Good interpersonal and management skills.
• Willing to go above and beyond
• Lead a site based team of boilermakers/riggers/fitters and coded welders.
• Ability to interpret ISO drawings, and specifications.
• Proficient with with the use of Navisworks or 3D Software viewer platforms
• Plan and organize daily work tasks, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with site safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members.
• Perform quality checks on completed work to ensure it meets the required standards.
