About the role

Softtouch Speedwash is seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Car Wash Manager to join our team in Seaton, SA 5023. This is a part-time role over a 19 hour, 7 day roster that will see you take on key responsibilities in the day-to-day operations of our busy car wash facility. Overtime will be available on occasions when after hours maintenance on our equipment is required.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting the Car Wash Manager in overseeing the efficient and effective running of the car wash facility
• Supporting the Car Wash Manager and assisting in the supervision of Casual car wash attendants
• Ensuring continuing high standards of customer service and satisfaction
• Monitoring inventory and placing orders for supplies as needed
• Performing regular maintenance and troubleshooting on car wash equipment
• Providing training and development opportunities for car wash attendants

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a car wash or automotive-related environment
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and lead by example
• Previous mechanical experience and problem solving skills
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Enthusiasm for providing a high-quality service to customers
