• 5+ Years of Crushing It in Customer Phone Service – You’ve consistently exceeded expectations and have a track record to prove it.

The Role:

As a Best Body Receptionist, you’re not just a gatekeeper – you’re the first impression, the voice of our brand, and the catalyst for our members’ success. Your mission is to deliver world-class service, keep our studio at a five-star standard, and ensure every member feels like they’re part of something extraordinary.

Your day will include:

• Owning the Phones – You’ll dominate incoming calls, turning potential clients into raving fans.
• Building Relationships – Use our “long lost friend” approach to connect deeply with members, understand their needs, and guide them on their journey.
• Driving Results – Keep our members accountable to their goals, and make sure they get the most out of their membership.
• Maintaining Excellence – Our studios are pristine, and you’ll keep them that way. If you’re not a checklist person, this isn’t for you.
• Training & Development – Engage in role-playing to master our Life-Changing Conversation Framework, empowering you to connect with and help people on a deeper level.
