About the role

Join the dynamic team at Studio Pilates Clayfield as our new Pilates Studio Manager. In this full-time, hands-on management role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our growing Pilates studio in Clayfield, Queensland. As an experienced leader in the health and fitness industry, you will play a crucial part in driving the studio's success and ensuring an exceptional experience for our valued members.

What you'll be doing

• Manage all aspects of studio operations, including scheduling classes, coordinating instructors, and maintaining studio equipment and facilities
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with members to drive retention and referrals
• Oversee marketing and promotional activities to attract new members and reach studio growth targets
• Manage, coach and develop a team of Pilates instructors to deliver high-quality classes and support
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and studio policies
• Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the studio and implement new initiatives to enhance the member experience

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a studio management or leadership role within the sport, fitness or recreation industry
• Strong understanding of Pilates and a passion for health and wellness
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage both team members and customers
• Proven track record in driving sales, marketing and member retention
• Hands-on experience in operational management, including scheduling, budgeting and performance monitoring
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
