Assistant Financial Analyst – Temporary Role

�� Location: Marsden QLD
⏳ Duration: 10 March 2025 – 5 September 2025 with possibility for extension
�� Hourly Rate: $42.96 – $48.03 plus super
⏳ Hours: 38 per week

About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, and financial reporting. You’ll ensure accuracy in financial data, assist with cost recovery analysis, and provide insights to internal stakeholders.

What You’ll Do
✅ Reconcile accounts, process journals & manage financial inquiries
✅ Assist with budgeting, forecasting & financial reporting
✅ Ensure compliance with financial policies & procedures
✅ Provide financial training & support to internal teams

What You’ll Bring
�� Experience in management accounting or financial analysis
�� Strong analytical & communication skills
�� Proficiency in financial systems (TechnologyOne a plus)
�� Progression towards or completion of a finance-related degree
�� CPA/CA membership (or eligibility) desirable

Other Requirements
✔️ Must hold a valid "C" class driver’s license.
✔️ Ability to step in and relieve the Finance Analyst when required.
