About the role

Join the talented team at A&Z Kitchens' as a full-time Maintenance Technician (Qualified Cabinet Maker) in our Oak Flats, NSW facility. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our custom-built kitchen cabinets and furniture to ensure the highest quality and customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

• Carry out inspections and preventative maintenance on kitchen cabinets and furniture
• Identify and diagnose any issues or defects and perform necessary repairs
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
• Collaborate with the production team to address any customer concerns or complaints
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs
• Assist with the installation of new kitchen cabinets and furniture as needed

What we're looking for

• Qualified cabinet maker with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve issues
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with workshop tools and equipment
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and procedures
