About the Role:

As a Customer Service Consultant you will work within a friendly and supportive team-oriented environment providing a high quality first point of contact for customers and ensure they receive the best possible care.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting inbound customers with general queries via phone while maintaining a first call resolution focus.
  • Providing helpful and informative advice to customers regarding relevant financial services products.
  • Proactively liaising with internal stakeholders through appropriate channels.
  • Ensuring accuracy and compliance with established guidelines and regulations.
  • Collaborating effectively within a team, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Working Hours: This role works to a rotating roster across Mon - Fri, 8.00am-8.00pm. This role requires you in the office 3 days per week - flexibility provided.

Skills and Experience:

Our client is looking for someone with previous experience in a contact centre environment or customer service.

  • Experience working in a contact centre, retail, or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail is crucial.
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
