About the Role

We are representing a client seeking a friendly and organised individual to manage front-of-house responsibilities while also assisting with occasional vet nursing duties. This role is ideal for someone with previous veterinary practice experience or strong animal handling skills. Vet nursing experience is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage bookings
• Handle phone and email enquiries professionally
• Assist vets with occasional nursing duties when needed
• Maintain a clean and organised reception area
• Provide excellent customer service to pet owners

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working in a veterinary practice or with animals
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Vet nursing experience (preferred but not essential)
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• A warm and professional approach to client interactions
