Provide critical analysis and project support for a salary review project at Charles Darwin University.

About the Position
As part of the University’s Wage Integrity project, you’ll play a crucial role in reviewing, validating, and analysing casual timesheet records and payments.

This role requires excellent attention to detail and advance skills in data analysis and the ability to understand and interpret complex payment rules. The heart of your work will be entering, interpreting, analysing, and processing payments with precision. You will also be required to liaise with ex employees to collect updated contact details and also respond to call centre queries related to the project.

Due to the nature of the project applications will be considered for flexible arrangements, part-time and full-time positions.

About You
To be successful, you will require:

  • Advanced level in the use of Excel, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to receive and handle sensitive information in a proficient and confidential manner.
  • Demonstrated experience to use a payroll or data entry systems.
  • Experience in customer service and the ability to communicate effectively across a range of platforms.
  • Capacity to organise and prioritise workloads with minimal supervision to meet deadlines.
  • Engage in effective and proactive teamwork, recognising the skills of others, and utilising cooperative approaches.
  • Successful background engaging with staff, clients and other stakeholders, through a professional and positive approach to interactions.

Remuneration
Appointment to this role will be based on individual skills sets and experience. The base salary range is $67,800 – $84,914 pa plus super and other entitlements.
