About the role

This exciting opportunity as an Asset Finance Broker will see you playing a key role in the growth and success of RPM Finance, a leading provider of asset finance solutions across Australia. As a full-time Asset Finance Broker based in Surfers Paradise, Queensland, you will be responsible for sourcing and securing asset finance arrangements for our diverse client base, spanning between consumer and commercial asset finance.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively identifying and qualifying potential clients for asset finance solutions
• Conducting detailed needs assessments to understand client requirements and financial needs
• Researching and comparing a wide range of finance options to find the most suitable solutions
• Preparing and presenting detailed finance proposals to clients
• Negotiating favourable terms and conditions with finance providers
• Completing all necessary documentation and facilitating a smooth application and approval process
• Delivering exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships with clients
• Maintaining an extensive network of finance partners and providers
• Contributing to the continued growth and development of the RPM Finance business

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1-2 years' experience as an Asset Finance Broker or in a similar sales/finance role
• Demonstrated track record of securing asset finance arrangements for business clients
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and finance providers
• Strong commercial acumen and financial modelling skills
• Thorough understanding of the asset finance industry and relevant regulations
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships
