The Role:

  • Day to day management of a mixed commercial portfolio
  • Build solid relationships with the landlords and tenants
  • Ensure rental reviews and contractual increases are implemented
  • Oversee the lease requirements

The Candidate:

  • Ideally 2+ years experience in Commercial Asset Management.
  • Certificate of Registration, car and driver's licence
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • High level attention to detail
