About the Role:
Are you a finance graduate with a passion for agriculture? Do you want to start your career in finance while working within one of Australia’s largest beef processing companies? We’re looking for a Graduate Finance Analyst to join our client and contribute to the business’s performance through timely management reporting, budgeting, and analysis.

Key Accountabilities:

• Act as a liaison between the finance team and other departments, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders across departments such as Sales, Livestock and more.
• Deliver accurate and structured reporting, business insights, and market analysis, including weekly financial performance & variance analysis.
• Manage Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards and KPI scorecards
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Present information and communicate with senior managers
• Assist in producing financial modelling & analysis

Selection Criteria:

• A strong interest in financial analysis and building a career in agri-finance
• A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, agriculture, or a related discipline
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with team members
• Team-oriented, able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience in the beef processing and/or agriculture industry (desirable)
