An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a dual diagnosis residential unit, offering treatment and care to residents experiencing moderate to severe mental health conditions in conjunction with substance dependence.

This role involves working as part of a collaborative multi-disciplinary team, providing comprehensive assessments, consultations, and evidence-based psychological therapies (both individual and group) for clients presenting with moderate to high-risk needs. Additionally, this position includes responsibilities related to service enhancement and role development.

This is a part-time, ongoing position that may be ideal for an experienced clinical psychologist seeking a transition from a solely private sector role.

The Mental Health Service provides psychiatric care and treatment across a large catchment area in Victoria stretching from Swan Hill in the north of the state to Gisborne in the south.
