Person Centred Psychology & Allied Health is an established practice nestled in amongst great restaurants and wine bars, and well connected to the South Melbourne medical and allied health community. Established out of the principals of Person-Centred Care we have a strong emphasis on caring for each other, offering a high quality of care to our clients, and trusting that this will take care of the business and allow us to continue serving you and our community well. We emphasise supportive relationships, clinical development, reflective practice, and making sure we create time for fun as a group.

We are currently recruiting for experienced psychologists and clinical psychologists to join our team, with availability to work two, three, or four days a week.

To fit well in our team and meet current business requirements, you will:

• Work in a formulation driven and evidence informed manner, holding formulation central to your treatment plan.
• Have a passion for reflective practice and outcome monitoring.
• Have strong skills in establishing rapport and engaging clients in appropriate and effective therapy.
• Individuals who balance autonomy with a desire to be engaged with and contribute to an intellectually engaged and positive and supportive company culture.
• Be eager to engage in peer supervision and professional development opportunities.
• Arrive to work with wisdom, compassion, a great work ethic, and a capacity to also park work for a laugh or supportive conversation with colleagues.

Particular skills or interests that would broaden our teams capacity to accept referrals may include:

• Child, Adolescent, and Family Psychologists who are available to work outside of school hours.
• Psychologists with interest in working with clients experiencing OCD and other related conditions.
• Psychologists with interest and experience in attachment trauma, C-PTSD, and relational difficulties.
• Psychologists with an interest and knowledge of working with clients experiencing grief and complex grief.
• Psychologists with interest and experience working with clients with severe and persistent eating disorders.

We will provide:

* Five client shifts with shared space to complete admin outside of clinical hours
