Trade Coast Hotel is an exciting venue which offers a Bistro, Sports Bar, Gaming, Bottleshop and Accommodation facilities.

The duties and responsibilities include:

• To be able to provide efficient food and beverage service, encompassing general Restaurant and Cafe barista duties
• To perform all beverage and Keno operational duties in accordance with Trade Coast Hotel's policies and procedures
• To provide a level of customer service across all departments that is at all times courteous, helpful, friendly, efficient and customer focused
• To maintain consistently high standards of professional conduct and work performance across all aspects of the job
• Strong awareness of hygiene and food safety standards

The successful applicant we are seeking will:

• Have great customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
• Have the ability to be able to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Have a current RSA and RGS
• Be neat and tidy and well presented at all times
• Have the flexibility to work across a seven day roster which includes weekends and nights
