Asplundh is a leading Vegetation Management company specialising in Power line Vegetation Management. We have a number of positions available throughout Geelong as we set up some new crews across the region and are looking for applicants who have previous vegetation control experience or see it as an industry for their future. All positions are permanent full-time and will require occasional living away work. Our positions include EWP Operators and Groundline Cutters.

You will work in a crew of 2 people and will perform vegetation management duties around powerlines. Your tasks will range from:

• Observing
• EWP Operation
• Cutting
• Chipping
• Traffic Control
• Machine Operating
• Customer relationship management
• Implementing safe work practices
• Upkeep and maintenance of vehicles, tools and equipment

If you love the outdoors, have a strong work ethic, enjoy variety, have a collaborative approach and are safety focused then this is the position for you! It is highly desirable if you have the below training:

• OHS Construction Card (White Card)
• MR Drivers Licence or higher
• EWP Operators will require a High-Risk EWP Licence
• Certificate II in ESI with Groundline or EWP units
• ESI Refresher completed in the last 6 months
