Job Title: Executive Assistant
Hourly Rate: Circa $55 per hour + super
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Location: Adelaide (on-site with free parking)
Work Type: Temporary assignment until mid-April 2025

ABOUT THE ROLE
This pivotal Executive Assistant role provides high-level support to senior leadership, ensuring the smooth operation of executive functions. The role requires excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for calendar management, coordinating meetings and events, handling confidential information, and ensuring seamless workflow across multiple stakeholders. DUTIES
- Manage executive calendar, appointments, and meetings
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate and prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and reports
- Maintain confidential documents and correspondence
- Support event planning and execution
- Liaise with various departments to facilitate smooth communication and operations
- Ensure office operations run efficiently, addressing IT or administrative issues as needed
- Draft and review correspondence and documents on behalf of senior leadership
- Perform general administrative duties and special projects as required
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
- Must hold current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Must have Responding to Risk, Harm, Abuse, and Neglect certificates (Fundamentals and Masterclass)
- Must have First Aid certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively
