Temp to Perm opportunity

Pay Rates $60-$70 per hour plus additional overtime & weekend Penalties delivering there products

Are located in the West and Southwest of Sydney.

They are Australian manufacturers delivering their products to the Australian marketplace as well overseas with a portfolio of iconic brands.

The Opportunity:

We are currently looking for a number of Industrial Maintenance Electricians to work with and Guide Fitters and Operators on breakdowns, preventative maintenance, shutdowns, reliability and safety issues in a timely and effective manner to achieve successful operational outcomes.

As a strong team player, the maintenance electrician will assist operationally and at times work outside the areas of core responsibilities.

Shift Patterns:

Comprising Day and Night shifts

Roles and Responsibilities:

Working as part of the maintenance team, you are a key player carrying out fault finding of Production Plant and Equipment, Preventative maintenance, & Process Operational Improvement.

Being Automated in parts of the production process there will be a level of technical and diagnostic skills including fault finding of electrical circuits and PLC's.

Safety is at the forefront of everything you do, and you will be used to working with SWMS and Risk Assessments.

You will demonstrate & promote safe work practices and assist with other duties ensuring the effective operation and collaboration within the maintenance team.

The Successful Candidates:

Will be trade qualified and Licensed.

Able to demonstrate previous Industrial Manufacturing &/or FMCG experience.

PLC Knowledge ( Fault finding)

Excellent communication skills

Understanding and familiar with OHS&E and development of Risk assessments.

A real team player and willing and able to collaborate with the maintenance team.
