As we continue to scale, we need an experienced and strategic marketing leader who can drive high-level marketing initiatives, lead a talented team, and adapt our brand and product strategies to an ever-evolving market.
This will be a 12-month Maternity cover. This opportunity is giving you the chance to bring fresh ideas, execute strategic initiatives, and leave a lasting legacy, all while gaining valuable experience in a growing, high-performance business.
Please note, it is based in the office full-time, 5-days a week.
The Role
You will be responsible for creating and executing an ANZ-wide marketing strategy that drives growth, increases brand visibility, and supports our business objectives. You’ll partner closely with senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with company goals and create a measurable, results-driven plan.
You will be the brand guardian, ensuring consistency and clarity across all marketing channels. You’ll lead the development of a strong brand identity that resonates with target audiences and sets us apart in the marketplace.
You’ll play a key role in the launch of new products, ensuring they are positioned for success and effectively communicated to the market. With the ability to quickly adapt to shifts in market trends, you’ll make sure our marketing initiatives remain impactful and forward-thinking.
You will manage a talented team of 4 marketing professionals across ANZ, providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to drive their success. You’ll ensure the team is aligned, motivated, and working towards common goals while fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive marketing initiatives to build brand recognition, lead generation, customer engagement, and product adoption.
- Monitor performance metrics and make adjustments to campaigns to ensure continued success and alignment with company goals.
- Oversee the development and consistency of our brand identity across all marketing channels and platforms.
- Stay on top of competitor trends and market changes, adjusting brand strategies as needed to maintain a competitive edge.
- Lead the launch of new products, developing detailed go-to-market plans that include positioning, messaging, and targeted campaigns.
- Ensure that product launches are well-coordinated, ensuring messaging resonates with the right audiences, internally and externally.
- Adapt marketing strategies based on customer feedback and market conditions, driving early product adoption and long-term success.
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to help develop team skills, boost performance, and drive career growth.
- Delegate responsibilities and prioritize projects within the team to meet deadlines and achieve marketing objectives.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and customer success teams to ensure marketing strategies are fully integrated and aligned with business operations.
- Work with senior leadership to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals and objectives.
- Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently across initiatives to maximize ROI.
About You
- Proven experience as a marketing leader, with at least 5+ years of experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.
- Obtain a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications such as Google Analytics, HubSpot Content Marketing, or any other form of Digital Marketing Professional certifications are considered advantageous.
- Experience managing a team – you’ve led teams and are comfortable driving high-level strategic direction.
- Strong strategic mindset – with the ability to develop, execute, and adapt marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Brand management expertise – experience in positioning and elevating a brand to new heights.
- Product launch experience – successful track record in launching products to market, from planning to execution.
- Ability to adapt to market shifts – you thrive in a dynamic, changing environment and are skilled at pivoting strategies.
- Excellent communication & leadership skills – you can inspire, motivate, and collaborate with internal teams, leadership, and external partners.
- Tech-savvy and data-driven – experience with digital marketing, analytics, and CRM systems.
- Salary and Benefits
- $150K – 160K base salary.
- Additional superannuation.
