As we head into our busiest time of year, we have several positions available. We are looking for experienced, qualified scaffolders with a positive attitude and commitment to the quality of their work. There is also the potential to be promoted into Leading Hand positions as required.

Scaffolders are responsible for all aspects of erecting, modifying and dismantling scaffold. This role may also include picking material, cleaning the yard, maintaining vehicles, returning material to the yard and documentation.

Scaffolders are responsible for understanding the scope of works and making decisions as necessary. They are also required to show initiative, this includes being adaptable and flexible in response to changing circumstances or project requirements. They take responsibility for their workmanship and behaviour, ensuring that all scaffold works meet the Australian standards and they conduct themselves professionally at all times. They are responsible for ensuring accurate timekeeping and communication with supervisors and the management team.

Experience with multiple different scaffolding systems is an advantage.
