About the role

Straight Up Access is seeking ticketed Scaffolders to join our growing team in Adelaide, SA.

As a Scaffolder, you will be responsible for the safe installation, maintenance and dismantling of scaffolding structures to support various construction projects. This is a casual role, offering flexible work arrangements to suit your lifestyle.

What you'll be doing

• Erecting, altering and dismantling scaffolding structures according to plans and safety regulations
• Collaborating with the construction team to understand project requirements and timelines
• Adhering to all health and safety protocols to protect yourself and others on site
• Providing on-the-job training and mentoring to less experienced Scaffolders

What we're looking for

• Licensed Scaffolder, with the ability to work at heights safely.
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding methods, techniques and safety regulations
• Ability in problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address challenges on site
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in scaffolding
• Reliable and punctuality
