Ready to lead and inspire? Tradewind is seeking a dedicated AVITH Practice Lead to join their Multicultural Adolescent Family Violence In The Home (AVITH) team. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact supporting young people and their families through early intervention.
πΉ About the Role:
As the AVITH Practice Lead, you'll provide supervision and leadership to a multidisciplinary team without carrying a caseload. You'll work within a trauma-informed, whole-of-family framework, ensuring culturally safe and effective practice. This role is primarily onsite across Carlton and Wyndham, with some flexibility on location based on needs. One evening shift per week (up to 8pm) in Carlton may be required on a needs basis.
πΉ What We're Looking For:
β 2+ years of leadership experience
β Therapeutic training with family violence expertise
β Experience in Men's Behaviour Change (MBC) and family violence, with a focus on early intervention
β Strong supervision and practice development skills
β Trauma-informed, whole-of-family approach
β Cultural awareness and ability to work with multicultural communities
